3. Solutivemind Calendario — Google Calendar Usage

Solutivemind Calendario integrates with Google Calendar to provide scheduling functionality. Below we describe in detail how we use this integration.

3.1 What we access

We access the primary calendar of the authenticated user. The Google scope requested is: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar

3.2 What we use it for

  • Check availability (freebusy): We check the free/busy status of the user's primary calendar to show available time slots to external invitees.
  • Create events: When an invitee confirms a booking, we automatically create an event in the user's Google Calendar.

3.3 What we do NOT do

  • We do not read the content, title, or description of existing events
  • We do not share calendar data with third parties
  • We do not sell calendar data
  • We do not use calendar data for advertising

3.4 Token storage

Google OAuth tokens are stored in our protected database and are used exclusively for the operations described above. Tokens are automatically refreshed when they expire, solely to maintain active functionality.

4.1 What are cookies?

10. Data Deletion and Revocation

10.1 Revoke Google Calendar access

You can revoke Solutivemind's access to your Google Calendar at any time from https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

10.2 Request account deletion

To request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at contacto@solutivemind.com.

10.3 Scope of deletion

Upon requesting deletion, the following will be removed: your user account, OAuth tokens, availability settings, event types, and associated bookings.

10.4 Response time

Deletion requests will be processed within a maximum of 30 business days.

11. Data Retention

  • Data is retained while the account is active or as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
  • Contact form data from the website is retained for a maximum of 2 years.
  • Following a deletion request, data is deleted within 30 days.
  • Anonymized logs may be retained for usage analysis.

12. International Transfers

Your data may be transferred and processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including the United States (where Google and Vercel servers are located). We ensure that these transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
